1. Administrator
   • Role: Oversee festival operations, manage schedules, and ensure smooth team communication.
   • Skills: Organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative tools.
2. Festival Coordinator
   • Role: Plan and execute festival activities, liaise with partners, and manage logistics.
   • Skills: Project management, problem-solving, and event coordination experience.
3. Festival Programmer
   • Role: Curate film selections, manage submissions, and design engaging festival programs.
   • Skills: Understanding of film culture, critical thinking, and creativity in programming.
4. Editor
   • Role: Produce and edit video content for marketing, documentation, and festival highlights.
   • Skills: Proficiency in video editing software, storytelling, and attention to detail.
5. Art Director
   • Role: Oversee the festival's ground visual identity, guide the stage design team, and ensure cohesive branding across the festival venues.
